
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (India Orders)
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, nose pins, earrings, and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video showing the damage/incorrect product is mandatory for claim verification.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel an order, email us at help@laade.store with your order ID as soon as possible.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Email us at help@laade.store or WhatsApp +91 7207678861 within 7 days of delivery.

Share your order ID, reason for return, and product photos/video.

Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless the product is damaged/incorrect).

Refund/Replacement will be processed after inspection.
