Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (India Orders)

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, nose pins, earrings, and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video showing the damage/incorrect product is mandatory for claim verification.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • To cancel an order, email us at help@laade.store with your order ID as soon as possible.

  • Clearance/Sale items

 

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

  1. Email us at help@laade.store or WhatsApp +91 7207678861 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product photos/video.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless the product is damaged/incorrect).

  4. Refund/Replacement will be processed after inspection.
