Shipping Details

• We ship worldwide through trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and India Post EMS to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and on time.

• Most international shipments are delivered within 7–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance.

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and weight of the order, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• We offer Free International Shipping on all orders above ₹14,999.

• Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, no modifications can be made. For any change in delivery address or specific instructions, you must directly contact the courier company with your tracking details.

• All payments are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption through our trusted gateways.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the same currency/mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

 

Refunds & Replacements
 

• If your product arrives damaged during transit, you may request a replacement.

• To process such claims, you must send us an unboxing video clearly showing the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.

• Please note: Our 7-day return/refund policy does not apply to international orders. Only replacement claims for transit damages are accepted.
